125 South Wacker Drive is a 31-story hi-rise located in downtown Chicago. Fifield acquired the asset with Chase Bank Trust Department as an adviser to an offshore investor. Fifield completely rebuilt the lobby and common areas to convert it from Northern Trust’s former computer and operations building into a Class A office building. Fifield backfilled over 50% of the office space as Northern vacated its offices.
