A 12 story, 1,100 car garage with 19,000 square foot Walgreens anchored retailers located in Chicago, IL. The building was 360,000 s.f. of new construction delivered in 1998 at the north east corner of Madison and Wells. This 1,107 car self park was completed in twelve months and sold to First Union REIT. Fifield and ING Realty ventured this project.
