An $86 million, 489,000 square foot, 28-story corporate office tower set in Chicago’s financial district at Washington and Franklin, 225 W. Washington is home to several law firms, hedge funds and The Marmon Group Headquarters (Pritzker holdings). The building was completed in 1987. Fifield and Westinghouse Credit were the original owners.
