Located in the popular West Loop area, 555 W. Monroe at Century Plaza became the new international headquarters for the former Quaker Oats company in the fall of 2002. The Quaker Oats Company, which was acquired by Pepsico, occupies 100 % of this attractive 17-story, 416,000 sq. ft. office building. Fifield Properties and CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners were joint venture partners and co-owners in the project, with Skidmore, Owing & Merrill commissioned as the architect.
