550 Washington is a 16-story, 372,000 s.f. state-of-the-art office building that was completed in third quarter of 2000. The building was 94% leased prior to completion of construction to such tenants as Zurick American Insurance Company, Information Resources, Starbucks, Marco Consulting, etc. The building was sold in May, 2001 to Trizec Properties REIT. Fifield and Prudential Realty Investors (PREI) were joint venture partners on this building.
