Columbia Center consists of three office buildings and a Hotel Sofitel (305 rooms) and is located in Rosemont, IL (O’Hare). Comprising 813,000 s.f. of new construction, Columbia Center was built in 1985-1990 at River Road and Bryn Mawr Avenue. The offices were ventured with Copley Advisors (now AEW). The hotel was co-owned with Mass Mutual Life Insurance.
