CTA HEADQUARTERS (2004)

This build to suit, 12-story, 355,000 sq. ft. office building located at 567 W. Lake Street, was completed in 2004 for the Chicago Transportation Authority. Situated on the southeast corner of Lake and Jefferson in the West Loop of Chicago, this modern style steel and glass facade office building contains typical floor sizes of 33,665 sq. ft. and 11,794 of street level retail space. Future plans for the building include the establishment of a CTA link to the Green line el train station at Lake & Clinton streets. Financing for this project was provided by the Public Building Commission of Chicago (PBC) and the CTA.
