A $40 million two-building office complex in the O’Hare market comprising 315,000 s.f. of leaseable area. Under Fifield Companies, Northwest Plaza underwent $3 million in improvements in complete lobby replacements, service, public area and corridor renovations, washrooms, HVAC, building signage, elevators and parking lots. ING Realty and Fifield were partners on this project.
