Windy Point of Schaumburg is a $90 million, 487,000 s.f. office building complex sold to Wells Real Estate Fund in 2001. The Windy Point site also features a Marriott’s Residence Inn and Spring Hill Suite hotels, as well as two restaurants, including a Morton’s Steak House. Windy Point I was anchored by AT&T. WP II was anchored by Zurich Financial Services. Citigroup Investments and Fifield co-owned these buildings.
