Fifield Companies is an urban infill developer and acquirer of mid and high-rise apartments and offices. 34 years ago, we started as development workout specialists that provided creative solutions for lenders who were reeling from the real estate recession of 1974.

Our expertise proved to be a valuable service in turning around failed residential projects, distressed office buildings, and challenged retail assets.

This early experience as a workout firm gave us the appropriate perspective for how to approach the execution of successful real estate development and acquisitions as a principal. We have carried this perspective forward, surviving four subsequent real estate recessions and collecting new insights with every office, apartment, retail, hotel and garage property built, representing over 10 million square feet of developed assets.
