Arden Englewood

Arden Englewood is a transit-oriented multifamily development located in the Denver-adjacent Englewood submarket.  Englewood serves as the midpoint between downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center employment hubs.  Located just 15 minutes from the mountains and famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Englewood is one of the most connected communities in metropolitan Denver.

Arden Englewood is a redevelopment of retailer Sport Authority’s former world headquarters’ parking lot.  The project is also located adjacent to Earth Treks–the nation’s largest rock climbing gym–and steps away from two RTD light rail stations that provide direct service to downtown Denver and Littleton.  The building will serve to complement the planned redevelopment of nearby CityCenter Englewood. 

The Project will feature direct access to the planned Rail Trail bike path, rooftop lounge and deck with views of the Rocky Mountains, state-of-the-art fitness center, business center and co-working space with an outdoor patio, resort-style pool featuring a “baja shelf” with soaking chaise lounge chairs, year-round hot tub, yoga garden, amenity deck complete with a party room “pagoda” facing the pool, and modern unit interior finishes including balconies on over 90% of units. 

Arden Englewood will be the most amenitized apartment building in Englewood upon delivery in 2024 but will still offer residents a significant rent discount and attainable housing option compared with new multifamily buildings in Denver-proper.
