As senior vice president of construction, Greg Vance manages the construction, architecture and design of Fifield developments in Los Angeles from the proposal phase through completion, which thus far encompasses 11 mixed-use buildings with more than 2,500 units, including Catherine on Lincoln Boulevard in downtown Santa Monica.
Prior to joining Fifield Companies in 2013, Greg worked as a project manager and general contractor at Suffolk Construction in Los Angeles and the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Having worked for several general contractors throughout the country, Greg has experience in the Southern California, Las Vegas and Boston areas with a focus on mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, and gaming construction.
Greg has a Master’s in architecture from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and is an active participant of the Multifamily Executive Conference.
