Jim Clementi

As senior vice president of construction, Jim Clementi oversees the execution of construction, architecture and design for Fifield developments in Chicago, from the proposal phase through completion. Since joining Fifield Companies in 2013, Jim has worked on the construction and development of projects totaling nearly 2 million square feet and $780 million of development value. Most recently, Jim supervised the construction of Logan Apartments, a mixed-use development consisting of 220 multifamily units and 62,000 square feet of retail in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood and The Sinclair, a 392-unit multifamily tower with 55,000 square feet of retail in Chicago’s Gold Coast.

Jim has more than 25 years of construction and development experience, including general contractor experience at Amec (Morse Diesel, Intl.), and developer experience at Prism, Draper and Kramer, CMK and New Frontier. His past projects include the USG Building, 161 North Clark, Fordham Tower, Pinnacle Tower, Ritz Carlton Residences, University Village infrastructure, Cook County Jail Division XI, the residential build-out of the Palmolive Building and various retail developments.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University.
