As vice president of finance and development, Joe Pitsor is responsible for underwriting multifamily developments and acquisitions across the country including Chicago, Miami, and Denver. He has also worked on securing over $157 million of debt and equity financing for development projects. He also coordinates the neighborhood acquisition, financing and disposition program for the Fifield Family investments, focusing on the rehabilitation of small multifamily properties.
Prior to Fifield, Joe advised real estate private equity clients on office, retail and industrial acquisitions totaling more than $150 million as a part of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Real Estate Advisory practice.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from DePaul University and is a licensed CPA. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
