As Chief Development Officer of Fifield Companies, Lindsey Senn oversees apartment and mixed-use development, which includes evaluating site acquisition, project management, and sourcing debt and equity financing. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has been directly involved in $575 million of multifamily developments in the Chicago market, encompassing more than 1,500 multifamily units. Her focus is on Chicago, Dallas, Nashville, and Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining Fifield Companies, Lindsey worked as a project manager at Ridge Property Trust where she underwrote new development deals and platform refinancing. She was also involved in dispositions totaling over $295 million in primarily industrial and distribution properties.

Lindsey graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Legal Studies. In 2018, she was awarded the Next Generation Award from Connect Media. She is also a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and Real Estate Finance Forum.
