Luciana Tytenicz

Luciana Tytenicz serves as Executive Assistant and Project Manager to Fifield Companies’ Founder and CEO Steve Fifield. She manages special projects for the CEO, in addition to organizing meetings and special events. She also facilitates communication and the flow of information between the CEO and the CFO, employees, Board of Advisors, investors, and other stakeholders.

Prior to joining Fifield Companies, Luciana worked at investment banking firm Brown Gibbons Lang & Co., Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, and Northwestern University.

Luciana had a research-oriented career in science before finding her niche in project management and administration. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Campinas State University (Brazil) and her PhD in Environmental Engineering and Science from Northwestern University.
